<p class="text-muted mb-3">Our client offers innovative solutions to a ranging client base including: Retail, Packaging, FMCG and General Merchandise.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Warehouse Team Leader will play a critical role in leading all activity across the operation within their field.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This position is a truly exciting opportunity, with lots of autonomy for an experienced logistics & supply chain professional to be at the forefront of a rapidly expanding organisation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Core Aspects of the Warehouse Team Leader role:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reporting Line: Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operational Leadership: Take a hands-on role in overseeing daily warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring operational plans are executed effectively.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Actively support the implementation of processes and drive day-to-day performance on the floor.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Team Management: Lead, coach and support large scale numbers of operatives / deputise for your Shift Manager, maintaining a visible presence on the warehouse floor to drive engagement, productivity and a strong team culture.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Client Relationships: Act as a key day-to-day operational contact for customers, ensuring service delivery meets expectations and resolving any issues in a timely and proactive manner.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Commercial Responsibility & Budget Management: Monitor daily operational costs, labour usage and resource allocation, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently and within budget constraints.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Performance Metrics: Actively track and manage KPIs on a daily and shift basis, taking immediate action to address performance gaps and ensure service level achievement.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Compliance: Take direct responsibility for maintaining health & safety standards on-site, conducting regular checks and ensuring all team members follow safe working practices and procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Process Optimisation: Identify inefficiencies through direct observation on the warehouse floor and implement practical improvements to processes, workflows and layout to drive productivity.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Innovation: Support the roll out and day-to-day use of new systems, equipment and automation, ensuring teams are trained and processes are embedded effectively.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supplier Relationships: Work closely with on-site suppliers and service providers, managing day-to-day interactions to ensure consistent service and quick resolution of operational issues.The Candidate:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The successful candidate for the Warehouse Team Leader role will have the following skills & experiences:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain Background - Essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">5+ Years proven Logistics & Supply Chain Supervisory or Management experience across Operations - Essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">3PL Warehouse experience - Advantageous.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience in an Automated environment - Advantageous.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams - Essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">An individual truly excited by large scale growth challenges - Essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Commutable to the Bicester area 5 days per week - Essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Salary & Benefits Package</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Salary - £35,000 to £40,000.</p>
