<p class="text-muted mb-3">Our client are seeking a reliable and self-motivated VMI Service Driver to support customer locations across South Wales, Bristol, and surrounding areas.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a field-based role where you'll work independently, managing an assigned route of customer locations and ensuring inventory is maintained to the highest standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Using a company van, you will visit customer locations, replenish stock, generate replenishment orders, maintain VMI areas, and build strong working relationships with customer teams.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This role focuses on delivering a consistently high standard of service across your assigned customer portfolio. Rather than simply delivering products and moving on, you'll take ownership of inventory performance at each location, helping customers maintain stock availability, identifying issues before they become problems, and ensuring agreed service standards are consistently achieved.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Visit customer sites to service and maintain Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) locations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Use handheld scanning equipment to generate replenishment orders.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identify stock shortages, inventory discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain safe, organised, and professional VMI areas.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Build positive working relationships with customer contacts.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Report inventory concerns, customer feedback, and service issues to Sales and Operations teams.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage daily schedules and routes efficiently while working independently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure agreed service standards are maintained across all assigned locations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support customers by resolving day-to-day inventory issues and escalating concerns where appropriate.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete all required paperwork and system updates accurately and on time.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What We're Looking For</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Full UK Driving Licence.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience driving vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong customer service and communication skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Confidence using smartphones, email, Microsoft Teams, and mobile applications.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good attention to detail and organisational skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.</p>
