<p class="text-muted mb-3">The role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Class 1 driving work supporting North Tawton, Cullompton and Ernesettle depots, as required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete collections and deliveries across the UK using curtain-sided vehicles.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Deliver directly to customer and commercial sites.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Secure loads safely using ratchet straps and complete manual handling where required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Use a handheld PDA to record deliveries and complete relevant paperwork.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain regular communication with the transport team throughout your shift.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Nights away will form part of the role depending on the route.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Follow all site, transport and health & safety procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You must have:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Current Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience delivering to customer sites is desirable.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good knowledge of UK road networks.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable with manual handling as part of the role.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Professional and confident when dealing with customers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable, flexible and able to work independently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good communication and time-management skills.</p>
