<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for FLT Driver to join a global independent soft drinks manufacturer with 78 manufacturing sites worldwide including 6 sites in the UK, based in Bridgwater (TA6)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Salary £32,050.70 pa (Basic £29,137.00 with a shift allowance of £2,913.70)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">4 on 4 off Rolling Shift pattern - covering days & nights</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">12 Hour shifts – Day: 06:00 to 18:00 / 07:00 to 19:00 & Night: 18:00 to 06:00 or 19:00 - 07:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is no ordinary FLT Driver role; you will join the team and get trained up to operate on of the sites Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) truck – All training is provided.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) truck is like a reach forklift truck, but instead of the forks lifting up on a VNA the cab and the forks lift up as one meaning people that we bring on must be happy to work at heights of up to 16 metres high (approximately a 3–4 storey building).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will operate the VNA to ensure the materials and finished products are stored, moved and supplied safely and efficiently dispatched to customer on time every time.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous VNA, Reach Truck or Counterbalance experience is desirable, but not essential, as full VNA training will be provided. You'll also ensure all Health & Safety, Food Safety and Quality standards are followed at all times.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Moving, storing and supplying materials and finished products throughout the warehouse.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operating a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) truck following full training.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading and unloading palletised goods safely and efficiently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Placing and retrieving stock from racking up to 16 metres high.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Preparing products for production and customer dispatch.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining accurate stock control and supporting inventory accuracy.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following all Health & Safety, Food Safety and Quality procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment at all times </p>
