Production Operative

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join a growing production team for our client in Willand. Our client fosters a supportive work environment that values work-life balance and rewards dedication.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The role includes container unloading, using machinery, FLT operation (training can be given) and other tasks as required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (06.00- 16.30)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£12.91 per hour - temp to perm.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Enhanced overtime rate once a permanent employee.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This role will involve dealing with allergens. Do not apply if you have a peanut allergy.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operate machinery</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Perform picking and packing tasks with attention to detail</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain cleanliness and organisation of storage areas</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operate forklift trucks to load/unload goods into racking or bulk storage (training may be given)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Liaise with the Storage Supervisor regarding deliveries and collections</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support stock control activities</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work independently and manage tasks without supervision</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out additional duties as required to support the Storage Manager</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Physical fitness as lifting required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid Counterbalance forklift license ( full training given)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous warehouse experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Physically fit and capable of handling a demanding role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong attention to detail and organisational skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Self-motivated with the ability to work independently</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A flexible and proactive approach to varied tasks</p>
