<p class="text-muted mb-3">As Business Development Manager,</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will play a key role in developing the company's Irish customer base, identifying new commercial opportunities and delivering tailored multimodal freight solutions to businesses across a range of industries.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across air, sea and road freight.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, from SMEs to large multinational organisations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Develop tailored logistics solutions to meet customers' international supply chain</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial meetings through to negotiation and closing.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations and tenders.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Develop a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue and gross profit targets.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work closely with internal operations teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process and excellent ongoing service.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop long-term strategic partnerships.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Ideal Candidate</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proven experience in business development within freight forwarding or the logistics industry.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A strong understanding of multimodal freight, ideally covering air, sea and road services.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A demonstrable track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent networking, negotiation and relationship-building skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of pricing, profitability and gross profit.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the confidence to develop new markets and pursue opportunities independently.</p>
