<p class="text-muted mb-3">About the role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for a Stores Picker to pick parts from the racks and get them where they're needed.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Doing well here means accurate picks, ready on time, so builds never wait for parts.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What you'll do</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You'll:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pick parts and components from racking against pick lists</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Check part numbers and quantities before each pick goes out</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Move picked stock to the workshop using a pallet truck</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Put away incoming deliveries in the right locations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Keep the racks tidy, labelled and easy to pick from</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Flag low stock or missing parts early</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What you'll bring</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Essential:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, picking, packing or goods-in environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable working from pick lists, stock records or order sheets</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good attention to detail, particularly when matching part numbers, quantities and descriptions</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Confident using a hand pallet truck to move stock safely around the warehouse</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Able to lift and move items safely as part of the day-to-day role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable, organised and able to work at a steady pace while maintaining accuracy</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A practical, hands-on approach and a willingness to get stuck in and support the wider warehouse/stores team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable working as part of a team but also able to work independently and manage your own workload</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3"> Useful, not essential:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A valid forklift licence - Counterbalance or Reach would be advantageous</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience working with engineering parts, components, machinery or technical products</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience using warehouse management or stock control systems</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Basic computer skills for checking stock, updating records and processing orders</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working pattern & Salary:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Salary: £28,500 per annum + Enhanced Overtime (1.5x)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working Pattern: 7am–4pm Monday to Thursday, 7am–12pm Friday.</p>
