<p class="text-muted mb-3">The technician is responsible for carrying out all work to a high standard within this busy municipal workshop facility, ensuring adherence to vehicle maintenance and compliance regulations. The role will involve ensuring that all paperwork and Fleet management system is completed timely, accurately and to a high standard and to carrying out repairs, maintenance, servicing to vehicles as and when required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As an HGV Technician, your responsibilities will include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Routine Servicing and Repairs: Perform a variety of routine servicing, inspections, and subsequent repairs</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Visual and Operational Checks: Conduct checks to locate worn, dirty, or maladjusted parts</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Technical Inspections: Utilize technical manuals and diagnostic techniques to find and repair inoperable or defective machine parts, components, or systems using a range of test equipment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Accident Damage Inspections: Undertake thorough inspections of accident-damaged machines and produce accurate reports to facilitate repair processesTo be successful in this role, you should have:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">HGV Experience: Previous experience working on a range of heavy goods vehicles</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Technical Expertise: Any previous HGV technician experience will be beneficial</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence and class 2 licence</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in HGV Maintenance and Repair (Preferred)How to Apply</p>
