<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working across multiple functions, you will have the opportunity to:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Take ownership of Supply Chain and Demand Planning processes and performance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identify opportunities to improve forecasting, planning, inventory and supply-chain efficiency.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Help define and implement new processes, systems and ways of working.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support the implementation and optimisation of new planning technology.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work collaboratively across multiple functions and influence stakeholders at different levels.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Challenge existing approaches and introduce practical, sustainable improvements.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Contribute to the development of the company's wider Supply Chain and Demand Planning strategy.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Use data, systems and insight to improve planning accuracy, availability and inventory performance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Help establish more robust and consistent planning disciplines as the business continues to grow.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an ideal role for someone who wants ownership, autonomy and the opportunity to shape a function, with the potential to develop towards a broader management position over time.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What are we looking for?</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for an established Supply Chain and Demand Planning professional who combines technical capability with commercial awareness, curiosity and the confidence to influence others.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ideally, you will have:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proven experience within Supply Chain and/or Demand Planning.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience working within a complex manufacturing, sub-assembly, distribution, wholesale or retail environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong understanding of demand planning, forecasting, inventory and supply-chain processes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience using supply-chain planning tools and technologies.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience of process improvement, systems implementation or supply-chain transformation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The confidence and gravitas to influence and work effectively across multiple functions.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A collaborative approach, while also being comfortable working independently and taking ownership.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A genuine interest in technology, data and improving planning capability.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ambition to progress towards a future management or leadership role.Systems experience:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience with Slimstock / Slim4 would be particularly attractive, although candidates with strong experience of other supply-chain planning and forecasting systems are encouraged to apply.</p>
