<p class="text-muted mb-3">AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pmWorking Pattern: Any 5 days out of 7, including weekends as required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Recycling Operatives to join our team, with immediate starts available on tomorrow.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a Recycling Operative,</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be responsible for supporting the daily recycling operation, ensuring materials are processed efficiently and work is completed within the required deadlines.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires candidates who are physically fit, motivated, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Baling cardboard and preparing recyclable materials for processing.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Moving and sorting recycling materials around the warehouse.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Keeping the working area clean, tidy, and organised.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following all health and safety procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the operation.The Ideal Candidate:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Motivated, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.</p>
