<p class="text-muted mb-3">Job Description ACS Staffing Solutions are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join the Recycling Department at a busy warehouse in Daventry!</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a hands-on, physically active role, ideal for people who enjoy practical work and don't mind getting stuck in. You'll help keep the warehouse running smoothly by handling recyclable materials, baling cardboard and maintaining a clean, organised working environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Moving and sorting recyclable materials around the warehouse.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Baling cardboard and preparing materials for recycling.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Breaking down cardboard boxes and handling recyclable waste.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out regular manual handling tasks safely.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Moving materials to the correct designated areas.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Keeping the recycling department clean, tidy and organised.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following all health and safety procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting the wider warehouse team when required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What We're Looking For</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable, hardworking and physically fit candidates.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Someone comfortable with a hands-on job involving manual handling.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A positive attitude and willingness to get involved.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Flexibility to work any 5 days out of 7, including weekends.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous warehouse or recycling experience is an advantage but not essential.</p>
