<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Supportive and professional working environment  Ocean Import Coordinator - Requirements</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience in import freight forwarding or logistics.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience with CargoWise or similar freight forwarding systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good knowledge of import customs procedures and documentation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Understanding of Home Use, CFSP, Warehousing, Bonds, T1s and NCTS.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Knowledge of CDS, CNS and Destin8 would be advantageous.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good understanding of Bills of Lading and Incoterms.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong commercial and financial awareness.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent communication and customer service skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Highly organised with strong attention to detail.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coordinate import shipments from origin through to final delivery.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Liaise with overseas offices, customers, transport providers and internal teams.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage shipment documentation, Bills of Lading and customer records.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor ETAs, delivery bookings and shipment deadlines.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete and check customs entries and ensure compliance with customs procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage uncleared/unbooked shipments and resolve operational issues.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Raise accurate invoices and ensure correct job profitability.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain accurate records and shipment information within CargoWise.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identify opportunities for process improvements and additional services.</p>
