Warehouse Operative

RATES: £16.72 per hour (Umb)

LOCATION: Ramsbottom (BL0)

JOB ROLE: Warehouse Operative

SHIFTS: Monday to Friday

SHIFT TIMES: 15:00 – 22:00

REQUIRMENTS:

Experience working is a physical role is essential

Good level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a workshop or factory setting

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

DUTIES:

Sort parcels and packages according to destination, route, and delivery schedules

Scan and track packages using handheld scanners and warehouse systems

Load and unload packages from trucks, trailers, and conveyor systems

Inspect packages for damage and report any issues to supervisors

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations.

Meet productivity and accuracy targets during assigned shifts

Assist with general warehouse duties as required
