<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Field Service Engineer (Must Have)</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer or Maintenance Engineer</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong electrical and/or mechanical engineering background</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience working in automated environment (Manufacturing or Industrial)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Engineering qualification (minimum Level 3 or equivalent)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Full UK Driving Licence</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Must live within a 40-mile radius of Reading</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Willingness to travel across the South of England</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Essential</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Requirements of the Field Service Engineer</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing industrial or manufacturing equipment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills on electrical and mechanical systems</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent customer service and communication skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to work independently and manage your own workload</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good understanding of health and safety procedures</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Flexible approach to travel and occasional overtime</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Desirable</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics or automated machinery</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience working within manufacturing, industrial, packaging or material handling environments</p>
