<p class="text-muted mb-3">What You'll Be Doing</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play an important part in making sure products are picked, handled and moved safely and accurately.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your responsibilities will include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Picking and handling products accurately</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Moving products and stock safely around the warehouse</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following established warehouse processes and procedures</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out regular manual handling tasks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Lifting items weighing approximately 7.5kg</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pushing and pulling picking carts as part of your daily duties</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Using pallet trucks and other mechanical handling equipment once trained</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting the loading of vehicles</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working outdoors when loading vehicles when required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Completing repetitive tasks while maintaining a good level of accuracy</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out safety checks before beginning work</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identifying and reporting errors, hazards or issues</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and housekeeping</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working closely with colleagues to keep warehouse operations running efficiently</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following all health and safety procedures</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable Working in a Cold Environment?</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">An important part of this role is working within different temperature-controlled environments.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Up to 60% of your working time may be spent in cold-room temperatures down to approximately 2°C.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We want candidates to know this before applying, so you'll need to be genuinely comfortable working in colder conditions for significant periods of your shift.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous Warehouse Experience?</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous warehouse experience would be useful, but the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">If you've previously worked in warehousing, production, manufacturing, retail stock, logistics or another physical and fast-paced environment, you may already have skills that would transfer well into this position.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Training will help you develop the warehouse and technical skills required for the role.</p>
