Warehouse Operative (Forklift License Required)

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Salary: £13.25 - £14.90 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proactive currently have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to begin work for a leading business in Milton Keynes</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book,</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">our client is hoping to recruit at least one additional Warehouse Operative to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the Site's function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Booking in of goods and materials</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">appropriately storing of stock</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Picking and packing orders</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Document control - Update and maintain all inbound and outbound records</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Forklift driving - loading & unloading of deliveries</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Participate in cycle counts and manage stock queries</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identify stock that is in the wrong location and escalate as required ensure stock levels are controlled throughout the operationKey Skills/Experience:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid counterbalance license and reach truck licenses</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Willingness to do manual warehouse related work (70% manual / 30% on FLT)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Positive attitude</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Able to work in a fast-paced environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to work as a member of a small team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Able to start work ASAPAdditional Info</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hours: Day shift 8.00am-4.30pm Monday to Friday or something similar</p>
