<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician to join an established fleet maintenance workshop in Biggleswade.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HGV Technician looking for a 4-day working week, competitive salary and the opportunity to earn additional money through overtime.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working as part of a professional fleet maintenance team,</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be responsible for the servicing, inspection, maintenance and repair of a range of HGVs and commercial vehicles.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will play an important role in ensuring the fleet remains safe, compliant, reliable and available for operation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance on HGVs</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Servicing and repairing commercial vehicles</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out inspections and safety checks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identifying and rectifying vehicle defects</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working on braking, suspension, steering and associated vehicle systems</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out repairs efficiently and to a high standard</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Completing maintenance records and relevant paperwork</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring vehicles are maintained to a safe and roadworthy standard</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working in line with company health and safety procedures</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting the wider workshop and fleet maintenance team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience as an HGV Technician, LGV Technician or Commercial Vehicle Technician</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong mechanical knowledge</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing HGVs</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A professional and reliable approach</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong attention to detail</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ability to work independently and as part of a team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety</p>
