<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role of the Warehouse Operative</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working as part of the warehouse team, you’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly, ensuring stock is handled safely, orders are prepared accurately and customers receive the products they need on time.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your responsibilities will include:</p>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Replenishing stock and helping maintain accurate inventory levels.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Reporting damaged, missing or incorrect stock to the Warehouse Supervisor.</span></li>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You don’t necessarily need years of warehouse experience. What matters most is your attitude, reliability and willingness to get stuck in.</p>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Comfortable with basic IT, literacy and numeracy – essential for following instructions and processing orders accurately.</span></li>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, stock control or dispatch would be beneficial.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), particularly Sage, or holding a valid forklift licence would also be an advantage, but neither is essential.</p>
