MHE or VNA FLT Driver

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are recruiting for a busy chemical distribution centre, offering temp-to-perm opportunities for both experienced MHE Operators and unskilled Warehouse Operatives.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are particularly interested in candidates with VNA or Reach Truck experience and valid certificates. However, applicants without MHE experience are also welcome, provided they are willing to learn and develop new skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Available Shift Patterns</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">4 on / 4 off – Days</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">06:00–18:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">4 on / 4 off – Nights</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">18:00–06:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monday to Friday – Permanent Nights</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">22:00–06:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monday to Friday – Rotating Shifts</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pay Rates</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Warehouse Operative: £12.71 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">MHE Operator (VNA / Reach): £13.13 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Additional hourly night shift bonus for eligible night shifts</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Overtime paid at 1.5 times the applicable hourly rateMHE Operators (VNA / Reach)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid VNA or Reach Truck certificate preferred.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience operating MHE equipment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Responsible for moving and storing stock safely and efficiently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Must be willing to undertake case picking duties when required.Unskilled Warehouse Operatives</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Willingness to learn case picking and general warehouse duties.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Must be willing to train on VNA or Reach Truck equipment in the future.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable, motivated and keen to develop new skills.Important Information</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">All candidates must be willing to become multi-skilled. Experienced MHE Operators will also be required to learn case picking, while unskilled candidates must be willing to train on VNA or Reach equipment in the future.</p>
