Warehouse Training Coordinator

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We’re looking for a Warehouse Training Coordinator to join our team in Corby.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised and helping colleagues develop the skills they need to be successful in a busy warehouse environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You’ll coordinate and support training across the operation, making sure colleagues receive the right training at the right time and that training records are kept accurate and up to date.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You don't need to be an experienced trainer or have a formal L&D background. We're looking for someone who is organised, confident communicating with people and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and likes to 'show someone the ropes'.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support trainers and operational teams with the delivery of warehouse training.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Help ensure colleagues are trained and competent before carrying out relevant tasks independently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You'll ideally have:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience working in a warehouse, logistics or operational environment.</p>
