<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy pallet network operation in Wolverhampton.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a fast-paced, time-critical environment where efficiency, accuracy and safety are essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The successful candidate will have a proven background in pallet distribution and must be confident loading and unloading double deck trailers to strict deadlines.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Requirements</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A minimum of 12 months continuous Counterbalance FLT experience within the last year.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">At least 2 years' experience loading and unloading double deck trailers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience working within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong awareness of load security and weight distribution.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent understanding of health and safety procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Desirable</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous pallet network experience.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience working in high-volume transport or logistics operations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Main Duties & Responsibilities</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete daily forklift safety checks and associated documentation at the start of each shift.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operate a Counterbalance FLT safely and responsibly at all times.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Load and unload trailers within agreed operational timeframes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure correct weight distribution across trailer decks and axles.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Stack, move and distribute pallets efficiently while minimising damage.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work safely alongside multiple forklift truck operators in a busy yard and warehouse environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Report any damage to equipment, trailers or pallets immediately.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Adhere to all site rules and operational procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain high standards of health and safety throughout the shift.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Cooperate fully with all company health and safety policies and</p>
