Shipping Administrator

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are seeking an experienced Shipping Administrator to join our team on a 12-month contract in Titchfield.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a busy role supporting the accurate and timely processing of UK and international shipments within a manufacturing environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Contract: 12-month contract</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Shift: Tuesday-Friday 08:00-16:45, Saturday 08:00-12:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Process UK and international shipments and associated documentation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Book shipments and liaise with couriers and freight forwarders.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain accurate information within ERP systems and customer portals.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure shipping documentation meets relevant compliance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and resilient, with:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous shipping, logistics or similar administration experience.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good Microsoft Office skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A proactive approach and ability to work to deadlines.Aerospace experience is not essential, and training will be provided on specialist systems, export processes and documentation</p>
