<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Safely deliver, install, and demonstrate White Goods, Televisions, and Cookers in customer's properties.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Engage with customers, keep them informed, and ensure their delivery and installation experience exceeds expectations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain regular contact with your site throughout the day to adapt to changes and handle unplanned issues calmly and effectively.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Use hand held devices accurately (Savvy) to complete visits and obtain customer signatures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Liaise with manufacturers if needed at the point of delivery.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Handle and transport products safely and with care while managing the physical demands of the role.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Regularly review and secure loads during the day using provided equipment (e.g., straps, sack barrows).</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Adhere to company health and safety policies and site-specific requirements to ensure the safety of customers and colleagues.</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out the collection and delivery of tote boxes and products from retail stores.</p>
