<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a 3.5 Tonne Driver / Warehouse Operative,</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be responsible for ensuring products are safely handled, accurately picked and packed, and delivered efficiently to customers. You will split your time between warehouse operations and driving duties, supporting the business in maintaining exceptional service levels.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A key part of the role will involve delivering vehicle glass products to customers and businesses throughout the UK, ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, professionally, and in line with customer expectations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Deliver vehicle glass products to customers and trade businesses across the UK.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pick, pack, and load customer orders accurately and efficiently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring all documentation and labelling are completed correctly.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support inventory management, stock control, and stock-taking activities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operate warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with training and company procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete all relevant paperwork and system updates accurately.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Drive company vehicles safely, professionally, and in accordance with UK road legislation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance issues.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure glass products are transported safely and securely to minimise the risk of damage.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Deliver excellent customer service at all times, acting as a positive ambassador for the business.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good communication and organisational skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable, flexible, and customer-focused.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong timekeeping and attendance record.Desirable</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Forklift Truck (FLT) licence.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">NVQ Level 2 in Warehousing and Storage or similar qualification.</p>
