<p class="text-muted mb-3">Are you an experienced 360 Excavator Operator looking for immediate work in the Carlisle area? We are seeking a reliable and skilled operator to join a fast-paced commercial construction project.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a 360-degree excavator on-site, performing essential groundwork duties for the development of a new commercial building (Burger King).</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities Include</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operating the 360 Excavator (likely above 10-tonne) safely and efficiently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Digging concrete foundations, trenches, and general excavation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Breaking out and moving materials, including tarmac and rubble.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assisting with lifting operations (if certified and required).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working closely with groundworkers and site management to keep the project on schedule.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conducting daily plant checks and reporting any defects.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid CPCS or NPORS card with the relevant 360 Excavator ticket (Above 10 tonne is highly desirable).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Demonstrable experience operating a 360 Excavator in a construction environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable transport to the site location in Carlisle.</p>
