<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Third Part Logistics Commercial Manager is responsible for driving commercial performance for the warehouse and transport operations across all sites.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This role focuses on developing profitable customer relationships, managing warehouse and transport pricing and contracts, overseeing all invoicing and debt management, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that warehouse and transport services are delivered in a cost-effective and commercially sustainable way.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">They will closely monitor all expenditure and ensure value is realised by the operational teams.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Transparent reporting of all operations will be collated and published on a weekly and monthly basis.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The role works closely with operations, account management and finance teams to align service delivery with commercial objectives.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Develop and implement commercial strategies to improve revenue, margin, and customer retention.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor market trends, pricing, and industry developments within the logistics sector.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identify opportunities to expand services and customer base.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pricing & Contract Management</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Prepare warehouse and transport pricing models for new and existing customers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support with contract negotiations and commercial agreements with clients.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Review and manage rate cards for logistics operations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure contracts reflect operational capabilities and cost structures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage invoicing process and manage customer debt inline with agreed contractual terms.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Customer Relationship Management</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Act as the primary commercial contact for key accounts.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conduct regular account reviews to identify service improvements and growth opportunities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Handle commercial escalations or disputes where required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Business Development</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identify and pursue new warehouse and logistics opportunities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support the preparation of tenders and proposals for new contracts.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work with senior leadership to secure profitable new business.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Financial Performance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor contract profitability and revenue performance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Report weekly P and L performance and KPI data for all operations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage the month end process for operations ensuring accurate monthly accounts are submitted.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain all KPI data for operations and use this data to support continuous improvement across all operations, contracts and sites.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work with operational teams to analyse margins, cost drivers, and profitability by project or customer.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Develop initiatives to improve revenue yield and operational efficiency.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure processes are in place to ensure all costs are charged appropriately to customers and contracts transparently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operational Collaboration</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work closely with the operational teams to ensure service delivery aligns with commercial commitments.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Provide commercial insight to support optimisation of the warehouse estate.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure operational changes are reflected in pricing and contractual terms.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reporting & Analysis</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Produce regular commercial performance reports for senior management.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Track KPIs including revenue, margins, contract performance, and customer growth.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain accurate CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and pricing data.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Shift pattern: 7am-5pm, Monday-Friday</p>
