The two-year training programme combines hands-on experience with shadowing, coaching and mentoring across Overhead Lines, Substations and Civils, with progress toward CIOB certification.
Successful candidates will observe, participate, and eventually lead on-site planning, coordinating and monitoring of contractor activities, while upholding safety, environmental and quality
