Job Description & Overview
Aberdeen plc in Edinburgh seeks a Billing Lead to head invoicing, collections and the Billing Helpdesk, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant outcomes. You will own aged debt, cash collection and balance sheet substantiation while guiding a team of onshore and offshore staff.
Reporting to Finance Operations, you will drive process improvement, automation and a scalable operating model in a regulated environment, shaping controls and risk management across Billing.
