7.5 Tonne Driver

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Ilkeston area. We are looking for several dedicated 7.5 Tonne Driver (Cat C1 ) to join the team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am starts</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour PAYE</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Location: IIkeston, DE7</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Job Type: Ongoing</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The role:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Securely moving and transporting palletised or loose parcels to customers or businesses.</p>

<ul class="list-unstyled job-desc-list mb-3">

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Packages will be heavy (up to 80kg weight)</p>

<ul class="list-unstyled job-desc-list mb-3">

</ul>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Up to 30 drops per day.</p>

</ul>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Drivers will be required to unload and load - trucks will be fitted with tail lift for palletised goods</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Full UK driving licence with C1 entitlement (7.5 Tonne).</p>

<ul class="list-unstyled job-desc-list mb-3">

</ul>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">12 months experience required</p>

<ul class="list-unstyled job-desc-list mb-3">

</ul>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Be comfortable with heavy lifting and handballing</p>

<ul class="list-unstyled job-desc-list mb-3">

</ul>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.</p>

</ul>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).</p>

</ul>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Full understanding of WTD legislation.</p>
