Job Description & Overview
Gemeente Coevorden zoekt een Jurist APV & Bijzondere Wetten voor een integraal team waarbij handhavers, juristen en vergunningverleners nauw samenwerken. De rol vereist actuele kennis van APV, Opiumwet en Algemene wet bestuursrecht en 3 jaar gemeentelijke ervaring.
Relevante bezwaar- en beroepsprocedureservaring is vereist. Je vertaalt wetgeving naar beleid, begeleidt processen en geeft advies over openbare orde en veiligheid aan het bestuur en crisisorganisatie.
