En lien direct avec le Directeur des Opérations, vous assurez la gestion opérationnelle et humaine du restaurant et garantissez l’image et la qualité du service.

Vous managererez, formererez et motiverez l’équipe, organiserez et développerez l’activité, et veillerez à la rentabilité avec les services supports dans un esprit franchise et convivialité.
