Account Executive

In this role you will support event and guest management for a high-profile sporting competition, coordinating ticketing, hospitality, and client communications. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to track allocations, draft materials, and ensure smooth execution from planning to delivery. You’ll balance independent work with team collaboration to keep projects on track. This is a hands-on, engagement-focused role with a clear impact on guest experience and program delivery.

• Manage dedicated email inbox and respond to clients and stakeholders promptly
• Coordinate ticketing and hospitality requests with clients and rights holders
• Oversee tickets and assets in the ticketing/guest management system, including drafting copy, updating imagery, managing inventory and approvals, and sending RSVPs
• Support in-season tracking of ticket allocations, financial tracking, billing, and reporting
• Hold regular stakeholder calls, produce status reports, meeting notes, and action items

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Excellent attention to detail with strong prioritisation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
