Grant Thornton UK is seeking an Associate Director for the Value Creation Advisory (VCA) team to drive value creation initiatives across transactions, including carve-out diligence, execution and integration. The role spans pre- and post-deal activity with hands-on client leadership and senior stakeholder engagement.
You will lead multiple projects, mentor junior colleagues and contribute to sales efforts, working closely with Directors and Partners to identify opportunities and maximise EBITDA
