We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking.

What you will be doing?

As a Compliance Officer within the Compliance team, operating as a key function of the Second Line of Defense (2LoD), you will support the organization in establishing, maintaining, and overseeing a robust compliance governance framework.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting compliance risk assessments, tracking regulatory developments (including KNF/GIIF guidelines and EU directives), performing independent control testing, and delivering comprehensive compliance reporting to executive management and Compliance. You will play a pivotal role in embedding a strong compliance culture, managing control frameworks, and
