Air Export Clerk

Right Now Group are recruiting for an Export Clerk to join a leading freight forwarder based in Sunbury

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Air Export Clerk who is confident in handling Air Exports and capable of training and developing others as the company looks to bring their import function fully in-house.

Key Responsibilities - Air Export Clerk

Manage and complete Export files to required company standards

Monitor and action export-related emails in a timely manner

Handle export entries and ensure regulatory compliance

Issue import quotations and take bookings directly with customers

Produce collection and delivery notes

Liaise daily with customers, warehouses, and customs officials to ensure smooth operations

Manage ERTS (Enhanced Remote Transit Shed) processes

Check, calculate, and charge storage costs accurately

Oversee charging and costing of export jobs

Provide support, guidance, and training to colleagues on export processesKey

Requirements - Air Export Clerk

Minimum 2-3 years' Air Export experience (essential)

Ability to handle quotations, bookings, and full import processes independently

Knowledge of Sequoia and NCTS systems desirable

Break-bulk experience advantageous

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of mentoring othersWhat's On Offer - Air Export Clerk

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

Shift: Monday - Friday

Hours: 09:00 - 17:30
