Key Responsibilities of the Criminal Regulatory Solicitor

Requirements of the Criminal Regulatory Solicitor

Criminal Regulatory Solicitor with 2–5 years' PQE

Experience of police investigations and defending criminal prosecutions

Excellent knowledge of the Criminal Procedure Rules

Experience with private instructions and a commercial understanding of private criminal practice

Demonstrable achievement at a leading firm or specialist boutique, with specific case examples from investigation to trial

A natural communicator, comfortable advising people from a wide range of backgrounds
