Job Description & Overview
BD in Switzerland is seeking a Chief of Staff to the EVP ISC to orchestrate strategy, governance and execution across one of its most complex global functions. You will shape the strategic agenda, translate topics for ExLT and Board discussions, and support decision-making with clear insights and priorities.
The role is based in the Canton of Vaud (CHE Eysins) with a focus on delivering enterprise priorities, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional alignment within the ISC organization.
