Une chaîne internationale de restauration recherche un(e) professionnel(le) pour piloter des projets RH et administrer le SIRH. Vous aurez la responsabilité de contribuer à la structuration des processus RH et à l'amélioration de l'expérience collaborateurs. Le candidat idéal aura un Bac +5 en Ressources Humaines ainsi qu'une expérience de 2 à 3 ans. Une aisance relationnelle, une maîtrise des outils digitaux RH et la capacité d’analyse sont essentielles pour réussir dans ce poste.
