Job Description & Overview
Avalon is seeking a strategic Social Housing Asset Manager for a 3-month contract with a strong chance of extension. Based out of Leicester, you will take strategic responsibility for the performance, investment, and long-term sustainability of our residential property portfolio.
You will lead on stock condition profiling, planned investment works, and regulatory asset compliance, ensuring housing stock meets safety standards, decarbonisation goals, and value-for-money objectives.
