We’re hiring an organised, enthusiastic and proactive Planning Administrator to join our team in Kidlington, Oxfordshire.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the planning and scheduling of Street-works activities
• Assisting with permit applications and liaising with local authorities
• Updating and maintaining planning systems and records
• Coordinating with operational teams, traffic management and inspectors
• Managing notices, compliance documentation and general admin tasks
• Producing reports and tracking progress against KPIs and SLAs
• Helping identify risks, delays and permit issues proactively

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good attention to detail and time management
• Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience with Street-works systems or Street Manager (beneficial, not essential)
• Previous administration or planning support experience preferred
