Groupe Deya recrute un Chef d’Équipe pour sa filiale PAC DAMAS, site de Romilly Sur Seine (10). Vous encadrez 15 à 25 collaborateurs, assurez la sécurité, la qualité et les délais, et menez des actions d’amélioration continue. Poste en CDI, journée, basé à Romilly-sur-Seine.
Avec minimum 5 ans d’expérience en management industriel, vous fédérez les équipes autour des objectifs et développez leurs compétences grâce à l’accueil et à la formation.
