CDC Habitat recherche un Chargé de recouvrement à Clermont-Ferrand. Vous gérez les dossiers locataires en impayés, mettez en œuvre les procédures amiables et assurez les relances et le traçage des actions dans IKOS.

Poste en CDI au sein de l’agence locale, temps de travail 38h/semaine avec télétravail occasionnel et congés avantageux. Formation Bac+2/3 en immobilier requise et maîtrise d’IKOS et MS Office.
