Civils Quality Inspectors - Night Shifts
Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth | Up to £450/day Umbrella PAYE | Inside IR35
- Up to £450/day Umbrella PAYE - base rate
- 4 on / 4 off - Night Shifts
- x1.33 Monday-Thursday | x2.00 Friday-Sunday
- Expenses paid
- 10 positions available
- Long-term contract
- SC eligible candidates required
The Role
We are looking for experienced Civils Quality Inspectors to support major works at Devonport Dockyard.You will be inspecting civil works, ensuring construction meets drawings, specifications and quality requirements, with a focus on areas including:
- Reinforced concrete & structural works
- Water-retaining structures/barriers
- Roads, drainage & networks
- ITPs, inspections & quality documentation
- NCRs and defect management
Requirements
- HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Valid CSCS
- Strong civil engineering/site experience
- Ability to read drawings and specifications
- Experience with ITPs and construction quality
- SC eligibility
- Site Engineers / Section Engineers with strong civils experience who are looking to move into Quality/QC are also encouraged to apply.
Nuclear, defence or other highly regulated project experience is advantageous
