Job Title: Mobile Property Cleaner / After-Works Cleaner

Location: Needham Market (Covering Mid Suffolk, Stowmarket & Surrounding Areas)

Salary: £25,350 per annum (Full-Time Permanent)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, Regular Day Shifts)

Package: Company Van + Fuel Card Provided, Paid Holiday, Pension & Uniform

Requirements: Previous cleaning experience required & Full UK Driving Licence

Are you an experienced Cleaner, Domestic Cleaner, Commercial Cleaner, or Cleaning Operative looking for a secure, full-time permanent job paying £25,350 per year with a company van and fuel card provided

We are urgently hiring a Mobile Cleaner based out of Needham Market to carry out post-works and deep cleaning across domestic properties and communal sites in the Mid Suffolk area.

If you have a background in house cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, deep cleaning, hotel housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or builders cleans, we want to hear from you!

What We Offer:

Permanent Full-Time Job: £25,350 annual salary with regular weekly/monthly pay.

Company Van & Fuel Card: Supplied from Day One for all work travel.

Great Hours: Fixed 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (No night shifts, no weekends).

Key Responsibilities

Post-Works & Deep Cleaning: Perform thorough cleans inside domestic properties following maintenance and home improvement works.

Surface & Detail Cleaning: Dust, wipe down, vacuum, mop, and clean kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and communal areas to high standards.

Mobile Patch Coverage: Drive the company vehicle to scheduled property appointments across Mid Suffolk (Stowmarket, Needham Market, and surrounding local areas).

Resident Interaction: Provide a friendly, respectful, and professional cleaning service inside resident properties.

Requirements

Cleaning Experience (Required): Proven experience in domestic cleaning, commercial cleaning, housekeeping, end-of-tenancy cleans, or builders cleans.

Driving Licence (Required): Valid Full UK Driving Licence to drive the company van.

Reliability: Good timekeeping, attention to detail, and a pride in delivering high cleaning standards.

Location: Must live within commuting distance of Needham Market / Mid Suffolk.
