• You build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and feel comfortable offering constructive challenge when needed.


• You have a commercial mindset and enjoy understanding what drives business performance.


• You’re naturally curious, analytical and confident explaining complex information in a simple way.


• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work and are always looking for ways to improve processes and reporting.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Partner with senior leaders across the business, providing insight and challenge to support decision-making.


• Own financial reporting, forecasting and planning activities, ensuring information is accurate, complete and meaningful.


• Analyse cost performance, explain key trends and drivers, and provide recommendations that support business goals.


• Work closely with finance colleagues to improve reporting, share best practice and support continuous improvement.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Experience in finance business partnering, financial planning and analysis, management reporting or a similar finance role.


• Strong Excel, financial modelling and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.


• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences.


• A professional finance qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent, or working towards one.
