Aptic Groupe recherche un Juriste Sinistres Construction (H/F) pour renforcer son équipe spécialisée en assurance et construction. Vous prendrez en charge des dossiers DO, RCD et RC en lien avec les intervenants du secteur.

Vous analysez et instruisez les litiges jusqu’au règlement, étudiez les garanties contractuelles et rédigez les arguments nécessaires. Vous suivez les procédures amiables et judiciaires dans un environnement technique et exigeant.
