Job Description & Overview

Lawreth in Seaham is seeking a Support Worker (maternity cover) to join a small, specialised service supporting autistic adults, learning disabilities, OCD behaviours and complex needs. You will provide 24-hour person-centred support, including 12-hour day shifts and waking nights, helping residents develop independence and daily living skills with dignity and respect.

Full specialist training provided, with progression opportunities and a supportive team atmosphere.
