ALTAREA recherche un Directeur Technique Adjoint en CDI pour rejoindre les équipes Cogedim IDF, rattaché(e) à la Direction Technique. Vous assurez le suivi technique durant le développement et la construction, pilotez les aspects estimations côt et achats, et coordonnez les intervenants du chantier.
Le poste nécessite une formation d’ingénieur et une expérience en maîtrise d’ouvrage ou maîtrise d’œuvre d’exécution. Expérience confirmée dans des logements et sens relationnel seront appréciés.
