pFerrero is seeking a Shift Maintenance Leader for its Alba plant to manage maintenance, planning and HR activities. You will coordinate shifts, plan interventions, and drive cost-effective maintenance programs while ensuring safety and quality. /ppYou will bring an Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electronics or Mechatronics) and 1–2 years in manufacturing, with strong maintenance process knowledge and interpersonal skills.
