Sales Executive

In this Field Sales Executive role, you drive growth by building direct sales opportunities and turning engagements into confirmed installations. You work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor security solutions for homes and businesses, contributing to Verisure’s market leadership in smart alarms. You’ll manage a pipeline, win warm and new leads, and deliver excellent customer experiences from first contact to installation. The role combines a guaranteed salary with uncapped commissions, plus strong career progression in a global company.

• Create own sales opportunities through door-to-door canvassing in businesses and residential areas
• Convert warm leads into sales via direct sales approaches (typically 8–10 per month)
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals
• Conduct security surveys to design tailored alarm systems
• Oversee product installations and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Convert warm call-centre leads into successful sales
• Maintain and grow a sales pipeline for future opportunities

• Full manual driving licence with vehicle access (first months)
• Professional, customer-service minded attitude; passion for sales; good communication skills
• DBS check (cost absorbed by Verisure)
• Previous sales or retail experience is desirable but not essential
